What is Thai massage?
Thai massage is a traditional, full-body massage done without oil. Your therapist uses palms, thumbs, elbows and gentle stretches, working along the body from your feet to your head.
It's the treatment Khun Lek started with in 1997, and it's still the one we recommend for a first visit.
What does it feel like?
Firm, rhythmic pressure combined with assisted stretches that open up the hips, back and shoulders. It shouldn't hurt: your therapist adjusts the pressure to suit you, so just say if you'd like it softer or stronger at any time.
